City Mattress Finds a Home at Eastview Mall Drive

City Mattress leased a prime piece of Rochester NY suburban retail real estate.  38 Eastview Mall Drive is located at the Southern entrance of Eastview Mall; the dominant super regional retail mall in the Rochester NY market; Eastview Mall is located in the Rochester suburb of Victor.  The 11,800 SF retail store was developed after the prior building, a two store office building, was razed.  Ardent represented the owner, 38 Eastview Mall Drive LLC, in the marketing and lease negotiations.
