Long Term Lease for Northgate Plaza

The AutoZone, a national retailer and distributor of aftermarket auto parts and accessories, has committed to a long term lease for 7,800 SF at Northgate Plaza in the Rochester suburb of Greece. Northgate Plaza will undergo a major transformation as its anchor tenant, Super Wal-Mart, comes online in the summer of 2012.  Ardent represented The AutoZone in the site search and lease negotiation process.  Janell Fracassi of Ardent manages The AutoZone account for Western NY.
