Rochester, NY -- Ardent was pleased to represent CooperVision in subleasing 12,000 SF of office space at Corporate Crossings in January 2008. The sublease is a short term supplement to its 50,000 SF of headquarters space at 370 Woodcliff Drive, Fairport. As a longer term solution to its space needs, CooperVision has agreed to sublet 35,000 SF at 370 Woodcliff Drive from Constellation Brands. The Woodcliff sublease will commence when Constellation moves to its new headquarters at High Point Office Park, expected 1st quarter 2009.
